We want to learn about your company & understand the need for the role. This typically a 30-45 minute virtual or in-person conversation where we can ask questions, meet the management team, see the environment, and get a feeling for who your company is and what type of person will thrive in this role. Understanding the in’s & out’s of your need are what will make us successful in our search

The Recruiting Process

From there we will start our recruiting process to find the best fit for your role. This includes finding the resume & candidate with the hard skills that most align. But it doesn’t stop there – we have a video interview with every candidate to see if they are prompt, professional, and personable. Once we decide they are a great candidate for us to represent, we start checking references to make sure everyone agrees with our opinion.

Identifying & Submitting Top Candidates

After we find a few top candidates to choose from we will set up interviews for them to highlight why we picked them for you. We will schedule a debrief after you meet them to decide on the best fit and determine if we need a second interview to make the final call between your top candidates. If you don’t like any of the candidates we picked for you, we go back to step 1 to requalify so we can give you exactly what you’re looking for.

Offer & Onboarding Support

Lastly, you identify a candidate you love and we will make the offer to them for you. We will coordinate their start to walk them in on their first day and celebrate your new hire. But it doesn’t quite end there; We want to ensure the first 90 days go smoothly & you are happy with your hire. We will have a check in call with you and the candidate separately at the 2 week mark, one month, two month, and three month.
